Evaluating new technologies and applying DFAM principles to optimize parts for additive processes, including orientation, support strategy, and material efficiency.

Providing a full spectrum of design services, including: research, prototyping, visual design, 3D modeling, robotic simulation, and design for manufacturing. Generating robotic manufacturing simulations and developing tailored workflows. Led the design effort from concept to production for a modular vehicle system. Collaborated with marketing, engineering, and suppliers throughout the development cycle. Developed subsystem designs and vehicle architectures with a focus on DFM. Executed geometry design, path planning, and robotic simulation for LFAM components, optimizing layer orientation and deposition strategies.
